What is eTransmit
  • eTransmit is an ACCPAC Advantage Series add-on
    that provides a fast and easy way to send ACCPAC
    business forms via email or fax.
  • Although you can email forms using ACCPAC
    Advantage Series alone, you cannot send ranges of
    documents to separate recipients (without
    cumbersome macro editing).
  • eTransmit uses Adobe PDF format to accurately
    preserve your forms look.

  • ACCPAC Advantage Series System Manager 4.2 with
    service pack 2 or higher.
  • 4.2 or higher versions of Accounts Receivable,

    and Payroll as is applicable to the forms you
    want to send.
  • WinFax 9.0 or newer, Windows 2000/XP fax service,
    or a MAPI compatible faxing program and Adobe
    Acrobat Reader or Microsoft Word.
