- Assignment to platoon leader or like positions
with Active Army units or with government

- Normally follows NALC completion

13CTLT Opportunities
- CTLT serving as a platoon leader
- Advanced Individual Academic Development (AIAD) -
with Corps of Engineers or other government
agencies - Cadet Intern Program (CIP) - with DA, the
Secretariat, OCAR, NGB, OSD and other Army or
government agencies - Nurse Summer Training Program (NSTP) clinical
experience
