What is Passport Day about?

• The BIGGEST Stern event over 1,500 people in
  attendance
• An event by international students to demonstrate
  their countrys culture
• Recruit future students (Preview 1)
• Serve traditional food and local delicacies
• Entertain people with cultural / traditional
  costumes, music and performances

What can you do to get started?

• Share the excitement among other students from
  your country
• Speak to the MBA2s from your country for ideas
  from last year
• Choose a representative
• Submit a proposal for food / performance
• Ask for donations (money, food)!!!
• Prepare costumes and decorations
• Cook or buy food (300 samples)
• Practice your performance

What does the school provide?

• Tent at the Gould Plaza
• Kitchen Facilities
• Heaters and Fridges
• Booth Tables
• Water / Paper Cups, Plates Napkins / Utensils
• Small stipend for each country

Restrictions

• No Alcohol (unfortunately!)
• No open flame in the tent
• No cooking in the tent
• No stoves in the tent
• No Kids
• No cheating at the competition
• No solicitation for votes
