Mini milestones

• We foresee to finish the current stave next
  Friday. The next 3 staves will be loaded in the
  next 4 weeks completion date 8/4.
• We are able to load 1 per week and we keep 1 week
  more for safety and Easter slow down.
• Survey takes 1/2 day
• LOAD test Thermal cycles STAVE test takes lt 1
  week.
• 4 SURFs have been put to work and source is moved
  automatically.
• We are waiting from Joern a multi module analysis
  version of his program to automatically fill
  spreadsheets and PDB. We have a backlog of 3
  staves.
• We foresee to finish the 3 staves by 15/4.
