• ODP MISSION STATEMENT
• The Arizona Youth Soccer Associations Olympic
  Development Program will identify, develop, and
  promote the states top youth soccer players
• Under 13 Develop be inclusive FUN!
• 14-15 Develop, Identify Promote be
  exclusive, yet caring
• 16-18 Identify Promote be exclusive and
  demanding
• We will strive to have 3 or more players at each
  age level held-over at Region Camp
• We will strive to promote at least 50 of our
  players to Div I Colleges
• We will NOT allow Club politics to enter the ODP
  program
• Best Coaches proven license
• No Club gear coaches or players
• Zero Tolerance on poaching
• No Dad Coaches
• Generally, coaches do not move with age groups
