  • 4th iteration of Inventory previous efforts in
    2001, 2003, and 2005.
  • Email form/instructions to update inventory and
    follow-ups.
  • 2006 Excellent response rate 20 out of 26
    agencies (77). Of Agencies that did not respond,
    most current data used. In some cases, this is
    2003 data.
  • APTS Categories were slightly altered to more
    closely match the FTA/USDOT sponsored report
    APTS State of the Art Update 2006

Inventory Shortcomings
  • Not all data is completely current.
  • Responses were not standardized causing
    multiple versions of data that may or may not be
    the same making analysis problematic.
  • Data is incomplete in areas, especially with
    newer categories and funding information.
