2Aims Objectives
- Overall Aim
- To contribute to the overall PESSCL PSA target by
improving the - quality quantity of inter school competition
for Young People aged - between 5-16.
- Objectives
- To increase the number of Young People in KS1-4
competing in inter school competition in line
with national PESSCL targets. - To increase the range of sports available through
a competitive experience. - To increase the quality of competitions as
demonstrated by the Young People taking part.

- How?
- By working using the National Competition
Framework for Young People in order to support
existing provision and develop new opportunities
for young people to take part in competitive
sport, ensuring that such opportunities remain
accessible to all and are effectively linked to
other strands of PESSCL and individual sports
wider structures.
