critical cultural significance of the festival
while growing it in a positive manner. - In order to accomplish this task, we propose a
three phase process, as outlined below. - PHASE 1 Planning and Development
- A. Review existing festival reports and
materials - B. Develop festival questionnaire
- C. Determine questionnaire recipients
- D. Distribute questionnaire
- E. Collect and compile questionnaire data

- A. Conduct on site meetings with
groups/individuals to be mutually determined in
advance. - B. Conduct a comprehensive review of existing
Festival policies, procedures and departments to
include - Administration/Operations
- Programming
- Marketing
- Sponsorship
- Volunteer Program
- Organizational Structure
- Finances

13- PHASE 3 Reporting
- A. Compilation of all results
- B. Verbal presentation of results
- C. Written presentation of results Time Frame
Compilation and verbal presentation to be
completed in 2 days at end of Phase 2. - Written presentation to be submitted within 2
weeks of project completion.
