  and intentionally bypasses the DRM software so
  that he or she can place the Hilary Duff CD on
  his or her Microsoft Zune.
• The recording industry has intentionally placed
  this software on all CDs so that individuals are
  not sharing with everyone.

  any security technology so a number of customers
