• The scope of the project was a 70,000
  sq.ft.,(110 Suites), 3 story hotel, All interior
  demising corridor walls were built using 19,500
  form units equaling 108,800 Sq. Ft. of wall area.
  The project required an estimated 8,700 man
  hours to complete. Main reasons for selecting

  ICF, to include all cured features of the home.
  The home was on three levels with a walk out
  basement and two levels above grade. The exterior
  finishes consisted of stucco and stone veneer.
