- American Express Card Holders Have Been
Pre-Registered - An e-mail was sent advising them of their access
to the site and login. - Step-by-Step process is also found on the

7Expedia Account Set Up
- Set Up For Harvard Employees Who Do Not Have Amex
- Send an e-mail request to FAD_TRAVELMGR_at_HARVAR
D.EDU - The e-mail request should include Travelers
Name, HUID and Harvard e-mail address if sent
from an alternate location - Set Up a Profile for a Non-Employee
- Follow the e-mail request process but include
- The name of the Harvard Employee who will be
responsible for booking the travel reservations - Provide a valid Business Purpose (who what when
where why) - Provide an expiration date when profile is no
longer needed - The Expedia account cannot be established until
it meets these requirements - The Expedia URL, login or passwords cannot be
given to a non-employee under any circumstances.
