Praise

• for good, safe holidays already this year over
  Easter
• for good numbers of people booked already for
  summer
• in faith for those few hundred people who will
  fill the places which are still available
• for the commitment of many thousands of leaders
  each year who give generously of their time,
  effort and money to make this ministry possible
• for Gods faithfulness in blessing
• this work in years gone by

Evangelism

• for leaders to know a new excitement about the
  gospel themselves
• for clear, faithful explanation of the gospel
  from leaders
• for open minds to hear the truth clearly
• for a right atmosphere for young people to
  respond opportunity in a safe environment,
  without emotional pressure
• for lasting responses where young
• peoples lives are radically changed,
• not just a shallow outward
• response

• in faith
• in confidence
• through good friendships

• for wisdom for leaders to handle those cases
  where there is a contrast between the style and
  indeed content of teaching, worship, etc.

  the issues likely to face them as they return to
  home, school or college, out of the holiday

• that leaders will be diligent in the way in which
  they prepare
• for alert minds and sharp senses for those
  holding responsibility
• for those in central support roles throughout the
  summer

• for good relationships between everyone
• that those who find it hard to relate to others
  in large groups will be looked out for and cared

• that there will be a culture of positive humour
  rather than of putting people down to make a joke
• for good weather to enable outdoor activities to
  take place

Safety

• in travel, particularly on the way home from the
  holiday as leaders are extremely tired
• in activities such as rock climbing, canoeing,
  mountain walking, etc.
• in trips to theme parks and into towns
• for spiritual safety protection against enemy
  attack
• for good health and protection from illness
• for good sleep to avoid overtiredness and
  vulnerability, and to stay healthy

• for wisdom and good leadership for those in
  authority
• for leaders to be good role models in their
  lifestyle and conduct

• for volunteers to come forward to fill the needs
  which are still evident across the programmes
• that leaders skills and gifts will grow as they
  use them in Gods service
