The Issue
Why a new payroll solution?

• Legacy system payrolls 620,000 (35 of
  non-uniform federal) employees each pay day for
  172 Federal organizations-annual 60B payroll
  disbursements
• Legacy system operates on obsolete, near obsolete
  technologies risk of obsolescence increases
  annually
• Maintenance grows more challenging yearly and
  cost of operations grows Pace of change

Continuation of Operations (COOP)

  shutting down of the NFC facility
