13EXPORT Function (page 53)
- The Export tool allows Responder information to
be aggregated into a file that is readable by
Comma Separated Value (CSV) format. Navigate to
the Export page using the Export link under the
System Administration tab. To export Responder
information - Select which criteria to export using the swap
boxes and click the corresponding EXPORT button. - Select Responders to export by occupation, unit,
group, or all Responders. - Note Selecting to export all Responders may take
a few minutes to generate. This action is not
advisable during an emergency situation.

SEARCHES To conduct a search 1 Click the Search
link under the Responders and Groups tab. 2
Select at least one criteria. See the table below
for a comprehensive list of search criteria and
values. 3 For swap boxes, select the criteria to
add and click the ADD button. For text fields
fill in information manually. 4 When done
selecting criteria, click the SEARCH button to
conduct the search.

- COMPOSING A MESSAGE
- Messages can be sent from either the Inbox, Sent,
Drafts, or Trash folders. Composing a message
consists of writing the message, selecting the
priority, choosing delivery options, and adding
recipients. The messaging priorities are - Normal is the standard message priority.
- Urgent messages contain a label marking them as
