• Capital investment in housing
• - new affordable housing
• - private sector renewal

Regional Housing Body

• Advised Ministers on priorities for the South
  West region
• Initial submission in June 2007
• Finalised December 2007
• Included minimum target outputs for new
  affordable housing set by Government
• Following lobbying 23m boost for PSR (but 30
  less than previously)

Regional Housing Pot 2008-11 826m

• New affordable housing (86 711m)
• Private sector renewal (9 73m)
• Decent Homes in the social sector (3 28m)
• Gypsy traveller sites (2 14m)
