REGIONAL PLAN (I)

• PANDRH should have an annual Plan for educational
  activities to be reviewed and approved by the SC
• Educational seminars should be prioritized by
  Working Group objectives
• All WGs should review of available educational
  programs to comply with WG plans
• WGs should develop educational programs in
  priorities areas not current available

REGIONAL PLAN (II)

• PANDRH Educational seminars should be based
  primarily on WHO guidelines
• Educational programs should include successful
  national experiences
• Working Group members should participate as
  trainers
• Universities (Pharmacy Schools) and other
  National Institutions specialized in the area,
  should be part of the organizing committee and
  contribute with specialized trainers
• NRA should be involved in organizing Educational
  Activities

FINANCING

• All activities should be self financed.
• PANDRH educational activities should have
  registration fees
• The SC will explore opportunities and sources for
  financing educational seminar
• PANDRH educational activities may be opened to
  the private sector
• NRA and / or Universities of the hostess country
  may share cost of the activity by providing
  local needs
• Use of video conference on other methods of
  distance learning should be explored by each WG
  and the SC
