    of ICO.

  • Chart 3-5 year average growth attrition (can be
    done easily)
  • Motivate
  • Track volunteer hours, roles, outings, team
    kid-outing-days, cost per kid-outing-day (can be
    done, volunteer hours is the hardest)
  • Review motivation statistics at each steering
    committee meeting
  • Provide leader status card annually (can be done)

    newsletters
