• I worked with the Innovacom Inc team during
  95-96, while the share price went from .22 to
  over 9 a share. I assisted in a 1.1 million
  dollar raise for Int. Wayside Gold Mines in a
  flow through private placement. watching the
  share price go from .09 over 2 a share. I worked
  for Pan American Motorsports, watching the share
  price go from .02 to a high of 1.10. In 99/00 I
  worked with Knexa, while the share price went
  from .20 to a high of 2.35. Assisted Research
  Frontiers while the share price went from 6 to
  over 16 dollars a share. Recently in 07/ 08/ 09
  I was on the sales side in charge of a 124
  million dollar rights offering for St Andrew
  Goldfields which was completed. I provided
  Southern Hemisphere Mining with 300,000
  financing, and lastly I provided Silverbridge
  Capital with a potential billion dollar Potash
  property in Australia coupled with a Gold mine in
  Albania. Currently I have a website
  PubliclyTrading.com where I feature high interest
  companies, brokerage firms, brokers, analysts and
  newsletters.

Hobbies Interests

• Ive been an avid golfer for over 12 years.
  Having had the experience of golfing at over 160
  of the finest golf courses around the world, my
  dream is to some day play professional golf. Im
  currently a 6 handicap, and personally feel this
  is my year! Ive never had the opportunity to
  golf in Australia but hope to very shortly!
• I also enjoy a good round of tennis or squash at
  my health and social club.
