Concept Jobs For Everyone (JoFoE)
  • JoFoE non-for-profit company
  • Online virtual job placement system
  • Implemented in a specific local community (such
    as Bloomington, IN)
  • Community members can recruit employment for "odd
    jobs" and other temporary employment

JoFoE Inclusion in the System

    encrypted JoFoE payment system
  • A certain percentage of each payment is kept by
    JoFoE for operating expenses
  • No money directly "changes hands" between worker
    and employer
  • JoFoE acts as a "middle man" to ensure that both
parties fulfill their obligations, and to provide
    financial security to both parties

done at an affordable price, while at the same
time assisting a group in need in the community

  • Usability testing scheduled for future date
  • Pending HSC approval

    JoFoE system
  • Determine how JoFoE is different from existing
    virtual job board websites
  • Determine if JoFoE builds trust between community
    members
  • Gather data to reach a conclusion on
    sustainability
