Winter

• Winter contains the months December,
  January, and February.
• The major holidays in winter are Christmas and
  Valentines Day.
• Winter is very cold and sometimes snowy.

Spring

• Spring contains the months March, April, and
  May.
• The major holidays in spring are St. Patricks
  Day and Easter.
• Spring is when it starts to warm up and flowers
  start to bloom.
• Spring is also known for all the rain that falls
  down in April.

Summer

• Summer contains the months June, July, and
  August.
• The major holiday in summer is The Fourth of
  July.
• Summer is the hottest months of the year.
• In some summer months it can get up to 100
  degrees.

Autumn

• Autumn contains the months September, October,
  and November.
• The major holidays in Autumn are Halloween and
  Thanksgiving.
• Autumn is when the weather starts to cool down
  and the leaves start to turn colors and fall off
  the trees.
