MyEnergy Analyzer is an on-line tool available
for residential and small to midsized commercial
consumers

• Users do not have to be DTE Energy Customers
• DTE Energy Customers will benefit from an
  analysis based on actual usage
• The tool is simple to use

BudgetWise Billing

• Why use BudgetWise Billing?
• BudgetWise Billing is a product that evenly
  spreads out your energy bill payments allowing
  you to pay the same amount each month for 11
  months.
• The product allows you to take the seasonal ups
  and downs out of your energy bills and eliminate
  fluctuating cost. No surprises..you will know
  your monthly energy cost. No more unpredictable
  energy bills..no more high summer bills or
  winter bills.

BudgetWise Billing

• We calculate an average monthly amount based upon
  your previous years usage. You pay the same
  amount for 11 months. In the 12th month, you pay
  the difference between the energy you actually
  used and the 11 payments you made. This brings
  your balance back to zero.
• You still receive monthly DTE meter reading
• Your bill will show your actual usage and the
  amount paid.
• Every six months we will review your account and
  may adjust your monthly amount to help avoid an
  overpayment or underpayment in the 12th month
  cycle.

• Are you a landlord? Manager of an apartment
  complex or commercial strip? Heres a way to
  manage cost and save time.
• Landlord Utility Manager (LUM) is a FREE
  Web-based service designed to help you manger
  your electric and natural gas accounts.
• Landlord Utility Manager will help
• Eliminate tenants disputes of responsibility for
  energy account charges
• Eliminate service interruptions to help protect
  you from frozen pipes during the winter months.

eBill

• Customers can enroll to receive their bills
  electronically every month.
• You can enroll in eBill at dteenergy.com. You
  will need your DTE Energy account number to
  register.
• After you enroll in eBill, every month we will
  send you an e-mail when your bill is ready to be
  viewed. Sign onto our safe and secure website
  and view up to six months of bills. Plus, you
  can easily save your DTE Energy bill to your
  computer.

• You can also pay your bill online. You can use
  your credit card, debit card, checking or savings
  accounts. You can choose to make a one-time
  payment , schedule payments for the future or
  sign up for recurring automatic paymentyour bill
  will be paid automatically on your due date.
• DTE Energys eBill customers saved more than 700
  trees last month by receiving their bills
  electronically. So why not do your part to
  change our world?

GreenCurrents

• GreenCurrents is a voluntary renewable energy
  program that provides all Detroit Edison
  customers with an option for greening up their
  electricity.
• Your participation helps create a healthier
  environment for all of us to enjoy, and since we
  use Michigan sources for supply, you are also
  helping to build a stronger economy and bring new
  jobs to our state.
• Participants in GreenCurrents pay a small premium
  for their electricity, and the premium is used to
  help develop Michigan-based renewable energy
  supply sources for the program.

GreenCurrents
Customer demand has already resulted in securing
four new Michigan-based sources for renewable
energy. These facilities will produce 63,000
MWhs of green energy for the program offsetting
more than 50,000 metric tons of CO2 emissions.
As of April 2009, more than 17,500 residential
and business customers have chosen to enroll in
the program.

• Stoney Corners Wind Farm (Richland Township,
  Michigan)
• 3,000 MWhs from wind power
• Green Meadow Farms Bio-Energy (Elsie, Michigan)
• 6,000 MWhs from an anaerobic digestor that
  turns cow manure into electricity
• White Lake Landfill (Whitehall, Michigan)
• 4,000 MWhs from the decomposition of municipal
  solid waste
• Harvest Wind Farm (Michigans Thumb Area)
• 50,000 MWhs from wind power

GreenCurrents Commercial Offer

• Customers may choose between a 100 offset billed
  at an extra .02 cents per kWh, or block purchases
  of 1000 kWh billed at an extra 20 per month
  each.
• Minimum commercial term commitment for
  GreenCurrents is 12 months.
• The customers purchase will be listed as a
  separate line item on their regular monthly
  electric bill.
