Management Report
Communication and partnership
- 2 work-package leader meetings
- 18 work-package meetings/ workshops
- 4 national partner meetings
- 6 Steering Committee meetings
- 14 external conferences/ seminars/ workshops
In WP 3 a cooperation issue arose between the
WP-leader and involved partners (poor
communication, lack of discussions, unclear task
allocation and methodology). The SC took measures
(discussion within SC, with WP leader and WP 3
members, official letter) to solve that issues.
In the meantime, the WP leader provided a clear
workplan and methodology. Thus an improved
cooperation within WP 3 for the future and
meeting its objectives is expected. More details
will be given at the WP 3 presentation.
