  • Check breakfast and make sure it is topped up and
    tidy
  • Do a pool test before 8 a.m.
  • Open pool at 9 a.m.
  • Clean up breakfast at 10 a.m. (weekday or 1030
    a.m. (weekend)
  • Mark housekeeping rosters at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
  • Start laundry at 11 a.m.
  • Work on daily, weekly and monthly cleaning lists
  • Do journal payments and count tills

  • Count tills and record into cash-out template
  • Check in guests
  • Put housekeeping rags in dryer
  • Do a pool test before 5 p.m.
  • Keep laundry going through out the shift
  • Work on daily, weekly and monthly cleaning lists
  • Do hall walks
  • Close the pool at 10 p.m. (Mon-Thurs) or 11 p.m.
    (Fri-Sun)
  • Do journal payments and count tills

Night Shift Duties
  • Count tills and record into cash-out template
  • Check in with Super 8 every hour
  • Do hall walks every hour ½ hour
  • Do a pool test when pool is closed
  • Check to see if there is enough food out for
    breakfast
  • Do a Bucket Check
  • Do Night Audit Procedures
  • Keep laundry going though out the night
  • Do a weather report
  • Have breakfast out by 545 a.m. (weekdays) and
    615 a.m. (weekends)
