PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
  • A player will be the product of their
    environment.
  • In order for a player to develop they must love
    what they do....FUN
  • Players must train and play against the highest
level of competition relevant to their age and
    ability.
  • Players must have repetition.
  • They must be exposed to situations/problems that
    they have to solve.
  • They must be encouraged and supported by club,
    coach, team mates and family.

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
  • The Training Development plan maximizes natural
player development and fun, taking out negative
club competition and promoting total player
    development.
  • Small Sided games, break down the 11v11 game and
gives many more touches and enables players to
solve problems that they will face in certain
areas of a full adult sized field.
  • NJs current model actually hurts player
development, the weight of the balls are too
heavy for the age groups. The field size and
numbers of players on the fields inhibits player
growth, it is not player friendly.
