18PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
- The Training Development plan maximizes natural
player development and fun, taking out negative
club competition and promoting total player
development. - Small Sided games, break down the 11v11 game and
gives many more touches and enables players to
solve problems that they will face in certain
areas of a full adult sized field. - NJs current model actually hurts player
development, the weight of the balls are too
heavy for the age groups. The field size and
numbers of players on the fields inhibits player
growth, it is not player friendly.
