4Expected results of MEDFORIST
The knowledge of the needs for competencies and
Training in the field of ICT-based applications
in the management of industrial and commercial
companies A data base on the status of ICT in
each country A network made of 50 professors
from the partners institutions sharing the
learning resources Learning resources made of
web-based materials adapted to the context of
each country on the different topics of
ICT-based applications. Seminars in each country
toward different publics including under
graduate students, post graduate students,
managers and executives. Dissemination of the
results through the web site of the project,
editorials, seminar, communication in the media,
international conferences and articles

5Key milestones
The first year is dedicated to the building of
the network and of the technological platform as
well as to the preliminary studies on needs on
competencies and training The second year is
dedicated to the development of the jointly
developed learning resources and odf the
knowledge base The third year is dedicated to
the training of students and executives, the
expansion of the local networks and the
dissemination of the results of the project.
