Title: Your EFile Portfolio
1 Your E-File Portfolio
2What is an E-Portfolio?
- Its an online system that allows you to gather
information together about yourself - Its meant to be realtime. You change and add
to it as you go along - It enables you to reflect on what you have
achieved so far and the expectations that being
part of St Josephs brings. - It requires you to identify the ways in which you
have developed by achieving these things and
meeting these expectations. - It can be used to provide evidence for your ASDAN
portfolio - Most usefully, it helps you to put together your
UCAS Personal Statement at the end of this year
and be first in line to get a place on the course
of your choice.
3How to I get to my E-File?

7Page 3 asks you to write about the AS levels you
have chosen and what these require of you in
terms of hours and study. It also gives you a

11After this..........
- All expectations are added you can click
view/edit and go back and type up your thoughts
and reflections on each expectation. - Be sure to make the connections with your
Enrichment Activity. There is a sheet which can
help with this (which is available from your form
tutor or Mr Willis.) - Be sure to click update to save any changes you
make.
12Everything you do goes into a file where it is
compiled as one document which can be edited on
screen or in word. On page 6 you choose what to
carry through into a personal statement which
could be used for job or UCAS applications.
