  • Is the manipulation of power in the organisation
    often expressed as games?
  • Is TA a valid representation of at least some
    proportion of these games?
  • Do the games arise from the individual or the
    organisation and does the organisation exhibits
    the same pathology as the individual
  • Is power exercised at many levels and some of the
    games that result, operate at a surface level
    whilst other operate more deeply?
  • Are transactions between individuals strongly
    influenced by the situational context and the
    power relations are expressed by virtue of the
    games in the organisations?
