Vision Statement

• All School Districts and Non-Profit agencies in
  the state of Colorado will have efficient and
  effective access to Mental Health Services for
  the Unaccompanied Youth and Families with
  Children they work with.

Mission Statement

• The Mental Health Access Pilot Project will
  cultivate new relationships and broker services
  between School Districts, Non Profit Agencies,
  and Mental Health Service Providers, working with
  homeless children and unaccompanied youth in the
  state of Colorado.

Goals and Objectives

• To identify Service Providers (SP) that are
  willing to participate in pilot program.
• To match SP with agencies and school districts in
  the geographical area.
• To streamline logistical issues (e.g., location,
  time of sessions, frequency of sessions etc.)
• To agree upon and define what a success looks
  like from the viewpoint of the youth, School
  District, SP and Non-Profit Agency.
• To track the edification and augmentation of
  skill sets among participants, in an effort to
  achieve quantitative data and promote future
  fundability of the Mental Health Access Pilot
  Project.

  Peak and initiate dialogue/paperwork.

  agencies
