Budget and Duration

• Programme size is Rs 10.00 crores to be funded by
  DFID in three years.
• Programme to run for three years with DFID
  assistance after which the reform initiatives may
  be funded out of State budget

  consultants to prepare the Reform Action Plan and
  projectise it.
• Steering Committee to vet the RAPs and monitor
  implementation.
