Copying Files to a CD

Find Your Document

• Click the Start button.
• Click Programs.
• Click Accessories.
• Click Windows Explorer.

• Now you will see the contents of your drive.
• Find the document and click it.
• On the left is a menu. Click Copy this file.
• A box pops up that says Copy Items at the top.
  If the box is too small, click and drag from the
  bottom right corner to enlarge it.
• Click the DVD/CD-RW drive.
• See the next slide for illustrations.

• Click on the name of the file.
• Click on Write these files to CD.

The CD Writing Wizard pops up. It will do the
work for you. Give your CD a name. Click
Next. Keep clicking Next until it says Finish.
