civilians enhance their quality of life. You
don't have to be married or have a family to
utilize our services. Our help is professional,
private, and free.
Unless noted, all classes are located in the
Airman Family Readiness Center, Spangdahlem AB,
Building 307. Reservations are mandatory for
all classes. For more information on any Airman

Briefings are held every Wednesday at the Airman
Family Readiness Center. Mandatory for all
personnel deploying for more than 30 days.

briefings are mandatory for all separatees or
retirees. Members need to attend at least 90
days prior to separation or

review what tools are available in and around
Spangdahlem AB to help you be the best sponsor.
You will receive information on how to put
together an effective sponsor package. An
excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and share
tips. TAP ..... Transitioning to
civilian life?  This is a four-day workshop that
provides instruction on all aspects involved in
transitioning from the military environment to
the civilian sector.  Workshop segments
include Approaches to Job Search, Personal and
Skills Assessment, Veterans and Survivor
Benefits, Resume Writing, Federal Employment,
and Financial Considerations among other
important topics. Spouses are highly encouraged
to attend. Train Trip to Trier...................
................. Learn how to travel by train
from the experts! Guided walking tour of
Germanys oldest city, lunch in a German
restaurant, and time for shopping. Wear
comfortable shoes and be prepared for changeable
weather. The trip may be cancelled if the min of
10 participants is not met.
