What Is EndNote Web

• A Web-based service that provides users with a
  simple solution for citing and managing
  references while away from EndNote on their
  desktop computer. Your EndNote Web library is
  accessible anytime you are on the Internet.
  EndNote Web complements the desktop version of
  EndNote, it is not a replacement.
