General Scope of 2009 NAIPI Council Strategic Plan
(in line with NCRR Strategic Plan) Goal 1 To
document successes of the IDeA program using both
numerical metrics and narrative data so as to
promote public perceptions/relations and assure
future funding.   Goal 2 To expand and enhance
appreciation of the role of the IDeA program in
building top biomedical research in the United
States   Goal 3 To promote interactions and
collaborations throughout the IDeA scientific
community. Goal 4 To increase skills of
emerging investigators.   Goal 5 To promote
development of long-term business plans and best
practices for core facilities.
