3Who appoints the nominating committee?
- The district chairman submits a candidate for the
nominating committee chair and three members of
the committee to the council vice-president for
field operations, Kevin Cole. Kevin may appoint
additional members and may also reject any of the
proposed members. After this approval, the
district chairman may ask the chairman and
members to serve.
4Who are the voting members in a district?
