Strategic Plan
  • Four Primary Objectives
  • Increase membership market share
  • Position as source that provides/links members to
    services resources
  • Advocate for CPA interests via RL
  • Promote profession CPA image

Created Bylaws Task Force
  • Bylaws need to reflect changing times
  • Will develop recommendations for Executive Board
    consideration and presentation at Midyear Board
    Meeting in January
  • Board must approve proposed bylaw changes

    members at 2006 Annual Meeting

    for an RFP
  • Now, down to three for negotiation
  • Hope to execute new 10-year lease soon
