31MEETING HEALTH NEEDS IN THE AMERICAS
- Shortages are a symptom of a bigger problem that
is felt in shortage of numbers, lack of access to
care, deficiencies in quality of service,
inconsistency of service, and unmet needs. - In the end, the hope for the countries of the
Americas, is a well-integrated strategic plan
one that that will benefit the workforce with
fair salaries, safe environments, and top rate
education and resources, and one that will be
flexible, skilled, and committed enough to meet
the needs of all the populations.
