- Details provided in Event Hub Activation Email
- Select which pro photographer to load to
- Select file locations for originals images and
print job images

Event type or a specific Event name
- Each event can have different search fields
- Each event needs a unique Event Profile
- All names are user-defined
25Step 3 Choose Image Archive
- Select a folder that contains suitable images on
your network or storage device - Click OK
26Step 4 EXIF Date/Time Allocated
- EXIF time, date and file size data is
automatically extracted from each image, where
possible - Useful for finding images by finish time
27Step 5 Allocate Event Profile
- Select the appropriate event to match the images
- Allows data to be entered into the search
categories

- Similar to MS Excel
- Function used when many images have the same
search data associated with them

- Individual images may be deleted by selecting
image(s) and pressing delete. - Preview images by clicking on different rows
- Press ESC to hide preview image
