• Exercise promotes health and longevity.

  lengths is better for weight loss than any other
  exercise
• Swimming specifically helps prevent and control
  asthma
• Swimming helps those with joint or orthopedic
  problems get a good work out
• For cardio-respiratory fitness there is no better
  exercise than swimming. It has been specifically
  studied to lower blood pressure
