Why would I want to be on the Rock Hill High Swim
Team?

• Helps you to get into shape
• Helps you to meet and make new friends
• Helps you to get to know what high school is like
• Helps you get the first letter for your letterman
  jacket

What experience do I need in order to swim?

• Best if some knowledge of basic strokes
• Use summer to gain experience/skills
• You will learn how to improve starts, strokes,
  finishes, and flip-turns

What materials do I need?

• Guys
• Goggles
• Swim suit (regular shorts style)
• Cap (will be provided for competition)
• Race jammers (will be purchased during season --
  30-35)
• Running shoes and gym clothes

• Girls
• Goggles
• One-piece swim suit
• Cap (will be provided for competition)
• Race swim suit (will be purchased during season
  -- 45)
• Running shoes and gym clothes

What are the requirements in order to swim?

• Need to have a school sports physical to
  practice includes permission sheet
• Must be 7TH Grade or above
• Must not be older than 19

• Aquatic Center
• Regular Season
• August 20 to September 29
• Regionals September 29
• RHHS Hosts!!
