hold meetings weekly on Mondays at 8 PM - Committees There are 4 Relations Committee,
Planning Committee, Finance Committee, Publicity
Committee. The committee is headed by a Director,
who is directly responsible for Chairs.
Committees should meet once a week for 30-60
minutes. - Executive Board This includes directors and
chairs. - Mentors This refers to those who will be
directly working with the students. There are 8
mentors.
