  • Improve student achievement

  • 6 months to 1 year prior to rollout
  • Meet with staff and administration to discuss
    goals and vision
  • Evaluate Infrastructure (bandwidth, server, etc)
  • Begin meeting with vendors to select hardware
  • Determine Technology Needs of staff
  • Allocate on-site Technology support
  • Visit other 11 programs
