  • A copy of the course description booklet will be
    e-mailed to you at your Cal High e-mail address.
  • You may also access it on the Cal High website.
  • You may buy a paper copy in the counseling office
    for 2.00

Independent PE
  • Starting in the 10th grade you may earn up to 10
    credits for participating in an athletic
    activity.
  • The sport must be competitive, not just working
    out.
  • You cant be enrolled in PE, Study Hall or
    Teacher Aide. Students participating in a Winter
    sport may not be enrolled in PE, Study Hall or TA
    in either semester.
  • See Ms. Petrich for additional information.

Community College
  • All students must take a six period day at Cal
    High.
  • A junior or senior may take a college course in
    place of one of these periods.
  • You may NOT take a course required for
    graduation.
  • Registration for DVC summer classes begins after
    March 1, 2007. You can on to www.dvc.edu for the
    schedule.
  • Applications are available in the counseling
    office or online. You must have a concurrent
    enrollment form signed by the principal in order
    to enroll. Take applications to DVC before April
    12.
  • We will most likely offer two DVC courses, Sign
    Language 280 (1st year) and Introduction to
    Business 109, at Cal High next year.
