ACP Window Implementation

• Additionality criterion only consortia which
  have at least 1 student from an ACP country on
  the Erasmus Mundus will be eligible for the ACP
  Window
• Allocation of 1 ACP scholarship per consortium
• Allocation of a possible second scholarship on
  the basis of student quality criteria.
• Redistribution of unused scholarships (e.g. in
  case a consortium is not eligible for the ACP
  Window)
