Preview Site Process

• Go to aaweb.gallaudet.edu/preview
• Login with campus username. (available, but not
  advertised, to all Gallaudet community members.
  Will be in Daily Digest Sept 14, after depts
  have time to complete content)
• Review the information for your dept.
• Work with AT staff in MLC LN20 to update pages.
• Note Changes to catalog content must be approved
  by CUE or CGE.

MLC LN20 Lab

• Starting Weds, Sept 5, open 10am-4pm daily
• Computers have IGX software installed
• AT staff available to assist
• VP to MLC LN20 202-651-5864

Need to Move Site to Production Hardware. Will
announce weekend day of no access.IGX 5.5 is
available. Well test it and then update.
Then, ITS will distribute IGX 5.5 software to
all computers on campus.

Moving Content

• Site Tree Nodes for Real Dept Site Set to
  Read Only for Everyone until Live Publish.
• Web Authors create FacStaff Pages
• Web Authors can bring 5-page content to MLC LN20
  for AT to do data entry.
• If web authors create 5-pages in their Training
  node, we can move the content to real site.

Uploading Images and Docs

• Use the USB drive and copy all images and
  document files you will need.
• Bring the USB drive to MLC LN20 for image
  compression and quick file upload.
