• The responsibility was assigned in last meeting
  in Sydney.
• Several actions have been taken.

Action1. Formation of the New AAC

• The AAC members are
• Prof. YU Yadong, the chair, from NIM
• Dr. Laurie Besley, from NMIA
• Dr. Masahiro OKAJI, from NMIJ
• Dr. LI Tianchu, NIM
• Dr. Pian, from NIMT

Action2. Review of the AAC working doc.

• All the working documents were reviewed and some
  of them were revised according to the situation,
  e.g., IIZUKA Prize.
• The The Rule for Document Coding had been
  worked out and applied the AAC document.
• The statue of the AAC document

Action3. Process of APMP IIZUKA Prize

• Call for nomination by secretariat
• Four nominees, 1 from Mongolia 2 from NIM,
  China 1 from CMS/ITRI, Chinese Taibei
• Scoring process was conducted by three experts
  from AAC
• The candidate for the winner is whom got the
  highest scores.
• The candidate was approved by EC.

• Two nominees from AAC
• A voting process was conducted within AAC and a
  candidate is chosen according to most votes
• The candidate was approved by EC

• The screening process is conducted by the APMP
  secretariat the result is approved by EC.
