The coach will leave school between 915am and
945am and arrive at Winmarleigh Hall around
dinner time, the children will need to bring a
packed lunch. After the children have settled
into their on suite rooms they will be ready to
start afternoon activities. They will have their
evening meal followed by evening activities, then
bed! We will be due to leave at 100pm on the
Sunday and arrive back at school at approximately
300pm.

- During the weekend the children will
undertake a module called - At the Movies.
- This module consists of creating an animated
superhero movie with our digital instructors.
Your children will first put together animated
movie clips before adding sound effects,
voice-overs and soundtracks. Your children will
enjoy creating their own movie as they learn more
about digital video editing. - The end product is a digital video.

- Man made fibre T shirt (recommended)
- Windproof anorak or cagoule (essential)
- Waterproof trousers (help to keep out wind as
well) - Woollen jumpers
- Indoor shoes (no slippers)
- Outdoor trainers/walking boots

- Please make sure everything is clearly
labelled as there are also other schools in
attendance.

money. There are vending machines, so change will
be required.
13Safety
- There is a first aid centre and trained staff,
but the responsibility for sick children will lie
with members of school staff. - The children are insured through the school. If
you wish to take out separate insurance you may
do so. - All the centre staff are qualified for the
various different activities. - There is a Safety Policies and Operating
Procedures booklet from Winmarleigh Hall if any
more in depth details are required. - A school staff vehicle will be on site in case of
emergencies.
