the Communitys environmental policy, the
establishment of capacities and administrative
structures needed in the environmental sector and
development of strategic approach to meet
environmental objectives. Life and Life are open

for Peace and Security) Funding programme
supporting practical cooperation in civil science
and innovation. Projects are aimed at linking
science to society in topics such as security
(IST, Food, Environment, military threats),

given for networking, training, expert exchange
activities, mobility and for support of
collaboration in RTD projects of partner
