Do not create a new TCA, if it has been rejected
by a MS. Instead create a new version of the TCA.
13Points to remember
- Check ECDB for correct DP/contact details
- Meet with prospective Transnational Partners
- Use Reader and Writer passwords as appropriate
- Print off contact details of Transnational
Partners - Rejected TCAs should be revised with only new
versions being created - ETCIM Secretary is last to validate TCA
- Notify MA/NSS if TCA activities change

- Negotiate TCA in advance of ETCIM data entry
- Use correct Passwords/Cipher Strength

- Save regularly

- Let partners know when TCA is ready for
validation - Enter into early discussions if TCA is rejected
