    circulated in the Corcoran Journal. Website
    contains all materials completed

    Principles were then developed

  • Finished with the exception of Traffic and Noise
    studies. Traffic expected in early February

  • Noise Element
  • Specifies noise standards for land uses, 65dB
    exterior and 45 dB interior
  • Noise generating land uses shall incorporate
    mitigation
  • City shall review all development plans to ensure
    conformance with the policy framework in Noise
    Element
  • Safety Element
  • Includes policies to minimize danger from flood,
    fire, aircraft, traffic
  • Open Space/Conservation/Recreation
  • City shall provide parks at ratio of 5.0 acres of
    park/1,000 population
  • City will create and protect open space for
    preservation of natural resources and outdoor
    recreation
