• COA Municipal Energy Conservation Program
• since 1992 has implemented projects in City
  facilities that have saved in excess of 950,000
  per year.
• in 1994 COA voluntarily participated in EPAs
  Green Lights Program today about 90 of City
  facilities retrofitted with energy efficient
  lighting.
